Halfrek is my heart's desire...

My sweet baby girl came home with us yesterday and she is sooo sweet and precious, it is unreal!

She is a type of lizard called a Water Dragon and she really does look like a tiny dragon...a bit like the one in Harry Potter that that guy won in a bet or something? =)

Right now she is very wee, but they are supposed to grow to four feet.

I have named her Halfrek (Hallie) after the lovely vengeance demon from Bufferz, and it suits her perfectly.

She is terribly posh and never wants to go in her tank...she seems to prefer lounging on my pillows in front of the tv and has shown a definite affinity for "Will and Grace".

She curls up around our fingers and likes to hang out on our shoulders and sometimes my boob (heh)...she is truly beautiful...

we also sometimes call her "snickerdoodle" and "shnookola" when she is being especially cute..

also, today i had a bitch of a time finding Fall shoes that didn't contain any leather or suede..i had to go to like 6 stores! but i finally found really cute ones. they are bright red and strappy and sassy and fun =)

Willa sent me a text message saying she is still very sick =(

I will note that she said nothing about missing me or anything but uhm whatever. =( =(

i am starting to get my period and i am extreeemely sleepy.

don't you ever wish you could just sleep thru your life? is that solely the thought of one who is deeply depressed? i just...lack energy. it's the worst when it's "that time of the month" too. and i have soooo much work to do this weekend! Egads and little fishies!! (my mom says that..)

and i feel bad cuz my parents are having some financial troubles and i still don't have a job..

i suck. hard! heh.

me mum and i saw "the banger sisters" today. it was funny. i love erika christensen. the other girl reminded me so much of Sporty Spice lol

wow. i am suddenly starving.

and my nose is cold.
