Hmm, very interesting. Is this Katherine/Elena on the road thing something that is happening in the show that you are expanding on, or is this a whole plot you came up with for them? The way you referred to it without going deeply into any backstory made me figure it was part of the show, but I'm not sure. Anyway, this is well written and paints an intriguing picture of their relationship.
